Hello! Rachael here, I’m from China and currently studying in UK. I’m an illustrator who love creating decorative illustrations and physical drawings. Recently studying making animations.  Sometimes I go for outdoor drawing when the weather is great.

I made my first picture book ‘Take your Time’ in this semester. ‘Take your time!’ This is something I usually tell myself. People in a fast-paced existence tend to feel anxious, restless, stressed out. I sometimes have to force myself to keep up with the pace of life too. This picture book is made to encourage myself and others to slow down, to appreciate their time, and not to overlook the wonderful environment around them.
