This project is a series of drawings and GIFS of a conceptual Sci-Fi Pleasure District. The drawings explore themes of hedonism through world building and character designs. I was inspired by retro-futurism as well as other sci-fi media to inform the drawings with a rich background narrative. Strange interactions with the world surrounding the characters explores the setting of a Pleasure District through an exaggerated reflection of vices and kinks of the real world shown with a comedic and cheeky tone, bringing the world to life through imagery and vibrant colours.
