“The Invisible you” is a picture book for those who are experiencing feelings of anxiety and loneliness. An unknown creature hides in a man’s coat pocket. Comforting at first, it gradually stretches out its tentacles to control the man. Although he can’t see it, the man feels as if he’s gradually suffocating and longs to escape from the creature. He goes on a journey, but finds that the creature is never far away… I have used soft moody palette of pastels/pencil/mixed media to explore this world.
