ELYSIUM is a project based upon my introspective experience of childhood and an exploration of the connection to my adult life. Within this piece I delve into my perception of the world as a child, using memories and feelings to depict an atmospheric scene that alludes to an ‘other-wordly’, yet calming environment. This work focuses on two different perspectives from childhood and adulthood, linked by an everlasting desire to explore the unknown.
