My practice looks at the moving body through video, sound, and print. I have explored the interconnectedness of media and the ways in which repetition, recording, and evolution of languages will change and respond to each other allowing me greater freedom for expression. I also utilize the archival as part of my creative process, using a recording of one approach to produce and inform another, creating more work that itself can be recorded.

Within my projection work, I have used the movement and weight of the body within the framework of both choreographed and improvised dance to achieve unique collagraph prints, recording this dance and incorporating auditory elements also taken from the performance. The resulting work combines the projected body and printed embossed body creating a final multi-sensory installation that allows the viewer to experience the process at the same time they are witnessing the result.
