This body of work aims to display the serenity that can be found from the ocean. Exploring the holistic relationship our bodies have to the natural world. In particular, how vital the ocean and environment around it can be in grounding yourself and calming the mind.

This Project encapsulates something I explore in all my work. We are born from nature. By bringing ourselves back and immersing our minds in the natural surroundings, taking in the senses, we become more at one with ourselves. This body of work focuses on the serenity that can be found when doing just this. The quiet that comes with removing ourselves from busy modern day lives and into a natural environment.
